"Room was clean and staff ensured we were near to the other room we had booked for family member which was great, staff always friendly and willing to help with any needs or requests, breakfast superb as was the restaurant at dinner times, room was very clean and all amenities were clean too, our autistic son learnt to swim while we were staying this time in the nice clean pool which was amazing, absolutely no problems or complaints whatsoever, will definitely be staying again (this was our 4th time so far!) "

"Lovely homely hotel in a beautiful period property, very comfortable! Close to plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants, and not forgetting The Canny Man's next door, which is a cracky pub with lots of character. There are loads of buses in and out of the centre, or to Leith if you wish to explore there too, so this is a great neighbourhood to stay in the city. We highly recommend this place, and we're hoping to return again in the not-so-distant future."

"Cool room! Comfy bed, really nice washroom. The only thing was the shower always got the floor pretty wet because the glass wall doesn’t go out far enough. The breakfast just ok, we came down and the food looked like it had been sitting for a while so we waited for fresh to come out. But the dinner we had at the restaurant was great. The gym on campus was awesome, really short walk across the street."
