The parking was not the easiest to find. The winding steps inside are quite narrow. But once inside the room, things were lovely.

Bag drop was convenient (once I figured it out!) and self-check in easy! The room was lovely and comfortable and relatively quiet. Location was close enough and far enough away from the buzz. We easily walked to the castle and got on hop on/hop off bus from there. I would recommend this to someone who wants to be close to the action, but with a more neighbourhood feel. Very safe and clean.

Great hotel in the city centre. Near to tram lines and the city centre. Pre arrival documents cover everything you need to know about the hotel that was only opened in Dec 2023. Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. We stayed in the Walker room which was small but we knew that before we arrived. If you are staying more than a night or two and have lots of luggage it would be worth upgrading to a bigger room. Can’t really fault the the hotel overall.

The room was lovely and very clean. I loved the little touches that were dotted about. However my room was opposite the main door, so there was noise. Rooms weren’t very soundproof so was aware of other people in their room. Also the room I was in, must be linked to another room as I had to listen to gushing water while lying in bed. This was slightly odd and unsettling

We stayed in the stunning Grosvenor suite. Beautiful interior design down to the smallest detail. Perfectly located in the West End within walking distance to everything. Some lovely pubs and restaurants in the area, would recommend Durbar Indian Kitchen 2 minutes walk away. Would highly recommend and stay again when we’re next in Edinburgh.
