"I booked a 2 queen bed room and when we arrived they had overbooked their rooms and didn’t have one of those rooms available for us. The offered a smaller bed room. We were in a pinch and took it but once we got to the room it solidified it wasn’t going to work for us. The air wasn’t working in the room with far smaller beds and the room was dirty. Between Hotels.com and the manager of the hotel we were able to get a refund on our reservation and go somewhere else. Would not recommend staying here. Avoid the hassle!!"
