Nada más llegar me cobraron indebidamente y me dijeron que tardará hasta un mes en devolver el importe. El hotel está muy bien, pero ahora tengo que justificar ante mi empresa la cantidad de importes realizados en la cuenta. Con la incertidumbre de desconocer el día que me devolverán el importe.

Had to wait 2.5 hours after check-in to be able to enter room. The hotel is relatively new but very cheaply done, missing amenities such as soap or something to wash dishes. HAB Hotel
Room was very hot and window was internal facing so it was impossible to cool down. They brought a fan but it did little to cool the room. Wifi also unreliable.
