"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The Four Seasons Casa Medina is a beautiful historic property with superb staff and great food. The hotel is located in Zona G, perfect for walking to great restaurants and accessing unique stores. The rooms at the hotel while clean and sound proof with excellent showers, could use a little additional TLC due to usual wear and tear issues. The conversion to a hotel took place in 1988 and the last major renovation took place in 2015 when it opened as a Four Seasons."

"The hotel feels quite outdated. The carpets in the rooms should be replaced, as they have an unpleasant smell and don’t appear very hygienic. The furniture is also quite old. The breakfast is below standard, with very limited options. However, the staff are friendly and accommodating."

"Está muy bien ubicado, es muy limpio y práctico. Aunque no cuenta con restaurante para cena el bar ofrece opciones rápidas y hay muchas opciones de restaurantes cercas. El desayuno no es muy variado pero tiene las opciones básicas y esta bien elaborado. El staff es muy amable. Se siente bastante seguro caminar por el área. "

"Spacious room, clean facilities, very friendly staff. My only minor complaint was that each morning I could smell the omelette station from breakfast in my room, even though I was staying on the 6th floor!"
