"Location is perfect to be close to airport, nice clean rooms. Front desk employees are super rude, not even a “good evening” I rated the hotel 5 stars because the hotel is good, but definitely not the staff. I used Silverio, one of the taxi drivers and he was good and fair with prices, but then I use one of the taxi/vans today and he charged me a lot of money just to take me to the airport (completely ripped off) As a Colombian living outside the country is sad and frustrating to see the bad attitude of employees. They should get trai better "

"The staff was courteous and friendly. Although my room was very warm, they quickly sent up a quiet, effective fan. As free shuttles go once an hour, it is hit or miss at the the airport, but convenient to go to the airport from the hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast."
