Housekeeping - We didn’t have enough toilet paper to last the duration so had to buy more (housekeeping has to be requested, but didn’t think we should need to for such a basic necessity)
Bad comms - I requested housekeeping for a specific time (during the day), which the hotel confirmed but they didn’t communicate it with their housekeeper so...

"Everyone starting with the manager Francesco was gracious. I was especially grateful for the complimentary room upgrade. The room was spacious, stylish and well equipped. Downstairs the cocktail bar was excellent and I appreciated the 2 for 1 cocktail specials. Sea view too!"
