"da das Hotel schon nicht ganz billig ist finde ich den Parkgebühren von 14 € ganz schön happig auch das Frühstück war ein wenig unterirdisch , da die speisen nicht wirklich wieder aufgefüllt wurden und zB gekochte Eier gänzlich fehlen Ansonsten ist das Potenzial für ein gutes Hotel schon gegeben ;) übrigens waren wir im Zimmer 209 und die Brüstungshöhe des Fensters ist glaube ich nicht ganz zulässig lg Fam Conrad "

"Probably one of the worst stays I had in a long time. The room was freezing due to malfunction of the AC, internet barely working, no outlet in the bathroom, phone broken and furniture dusty snd out-dated. The staff was friendly and tried their best, but I would still not come back."

"The location is great next to the Starlight Express Theatre which we were visiting. Unfortunately the bar was closed after we’d seen the show although we were able to use the fridge in the lobby. Breakfast was a buffet style and an excellent selection. The room was a good size although the decor was rather dated. Overall we had a good stay."

"Beautiful hotel, spacious & comfortable room, perfect location and spotless clean. The man who did our check in was very nice & helpful, but in general, the staff & atmosphere were pretty cold & distant. The restaurant & bar were closed 2 nights out of our 3 and the lobby lights were dimmed ..no visible staff at the reception, so the hotel felt empty & deserted. "

"When we arrived we had been allocated a different room to the one we booked. It seems this was due to miscommunication from Expedia to the hotel itself. However the staff on the desk were very helpful and resolved the problem within a few minutes. Rooms are spacious and the small kitchette is a huge bonus. "

"I booked this hotel on a random trip to Bochum. The hotel is at the centre of all the tapas bars so it is great if you want to enjoy the night life. The hospitality is top noch and despite the fact that I couldn’t speak a word in German the staff were happy to speak in English (I promise I will learn the basics before the next trip). The room is unique and spacious and the double glazing helps with dampening the noise from the bars (not that it mattered to me). All in all I highly recommend this...

"Travelled from London to Germany for a friend's birthday party. Lovely apartment pads and very clean. One of the beds was not great on my back, but that might just be my condition. My kids loved their stay and are keen to return."
