"When we arrived at the hotel, we checked in and got our room assigned. Once we opened our room door, there was someone else staying at our room. We went back to the front and explained the situation. The lady didn’t apologize for our experience or for there error. She was very rude with the situation. Although, she did assign us to a different room but I still felt unsafe that it can occur to me."

"This place is good if you're trying to save money and you want to be in a good location. However, it's incredibly loud due to the fact that it's an old building. You will need ear plugs to sleep through the night. It also smalls incredibly musty, and you can tell how old it is. Which is cool for a history lesson but really not ideal if you want to feel comfortable. The bathroom and sinks being in the hallway is not ideal, and kind of gross, but that's the reality with an old property like this. Great location and amazing resurant below. Get the HH Cheese, meat and bread plate for $7. Sooo good. But overall worth paying more for a better place. "

"There were no staff to have contact with and I was put on first floor in disabled room that did not have a dead bolt. And the sign said no vacancy. As a female traveling alone this was unacceptable. Having no staff to interact with was particularly challenging…."
