Club Quarters Hotel Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia

Club Quarters Hotel Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia

8/10 Good
"Staff were great. Cleaning staff was great. Loved the bottle water stations including sparkling water. Only issues was the bathroom was really small, and needed some work. Not enough towel and robe hooks. And the caulking around the shower was old and needed to be redone."

"The location is great for walking to Philly’s attractions. The hotel was very nice especially the lobby area. However, half the elevators were out of use during our busy stay for a World Cup game. This caused major backups in trying to get to our room on the 9th floor. We chose to walk up several times instead of waiting the 20 minutes in line."

"Not really much to say, it was a clean and comfortable stay. Only thing on my wish list would be a pool in that big courtyard. One odd thing, the entry on Expedia shows a bar. There was no bar I could see, but they did have a permit application on the window. So I guess they posted AI pics before the bar was in? No nightcap for me but that's ok."

The Windsor Suites

The Windsor Suites

10/10 Excellent
"I had a lovely time at the Windsor Suites. My room was, large comfortable and well appointed. It's very convenient to have a kitchen in the room. The Con Murphys restaurant next store has a varied menu and I visited there twice during my stay. I do wish the restaurant served breakfast everyday. I certainly would have enjoyed their breakfast selections on the days I stayed at the hotel. Overall, I had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend the Windsor Suites to any travelers looking for a delightful centrally located stay in Philadelphia."
