"Comfortable & clean room, friendly staff, beautiful grounds & pool area. Great complimentary breakfast. Great for place for everyone.
We wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is located in the jungle. We hope to return.

"Front desk clerk provided suspect info saying Uber was poorly served in the area but we witnessed other patrons used it fine for half the price of the taxi the hotel recommended. We were also told the water was safe to drink because it comes from underground aquifers but the whole city apparently drinks processed river water. Then they wanted $5.00 for a .10 cent 500ml water bottle that foreigners like us need to drink to stay safe. When we ask how far to get water at the store the same front desk guy said several km’s but we soon found a gas station just at the end of the road selling 2 litre large bottles for $3. And god knows you’ll drink a lot due to the heat. We saved about $35 just on water. As for the restaurant the food is bland if you order steak you get a slab of meat on the plate with no seasoning or sauce and little sides but we’ve found that everywhere in Argentina. We On the bright side the hotel is good, clean and has a great pool in a somewhat secluded area So I would still recommend the hotel. If you’re going to the falls use Uber and you’ll save more money and stop at a store or gas station and bring your own water. "
"The most gorgeous and luxurious hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Every floor is fragranced, the view is unparalleled, and the staff were so helpful. We booked a 9 pm flight back to Buenos Aires, and we were able to continue to use all the amenities, including pool, spa, and restaurants, until we left. The park access was amazing. Staying in town would have been a 30-minute drive each way, and Gran Melia is right near the airport and a short walk to all the waterfall paths. We also upgraded to a waterfall view room and it was 1000% worth it. The hardest part is leaving!"
"Very relaxing, secluded property. Access to rooms over swaying bridges was awkward. Elevators did not work over 2 days. Reported twice with no response."
"This is a very beautiful property. The pool, lake and grounds are very nice. Our room was an expansive suite that was fairly priced. Only issues were th limited menu at th bar and pool (though the burger was excellent) and dearth of Us style plugs or USB ports. "
"Our cabin was quiet, clean, comfy and rustic. The grounds and beautiful and the staff was friendly. They even arranged for a driver to take us to Tres Fronteras. We had a problem with our dinner one night but the issue was resolved in a professional manner. "
