Overall this was a really nice place to stay. Room was fairly spacious with a large comfy bed, tea & coffee and even a couple of dressing gowns.
Breakfast was cooked fresh but could have been a little bigger but for most it would probably be adequate. Toast, cereal and orange juice were also available.
Staff were friendly and helpful (note to owner - it looks extremely rude to answer the door whilst on your mobile. End the call, answer the door and welcome your guests!).
On the downside there were far too many stairs to reach our room at the top of the building - my partner struggled due to her having arthritic hips! £2 extra per day for a fan seemed a bit steep, every other hotel I’ve stayed in provide them for free. And don’t get me started on the 50p for a sausage……
Putting aside the downsides this was definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed in in Blackpool and I would heartily recommend it.
A beautiful hotel with lovely rooms comfortable beds and just enough room. The only downside was the doors creeked so if you needed to use the bathroom in the night it would wake the others up other than that lovely stay and convenient location
I had a great stay. The room was ideal for my needs.
Checked in early, very good price and breakfast included. Room was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfortable.
I will definitely be back next year!
Place clean .friendly .room was very nice..and warm..but no lift was problem 6 flights quite steep .if young and fit ok.. l found it hard..near to town..parking off site nightmare to find any.. then extra £19 to pay for 2 nights..Blackpool is great though
Really nice hotel and the two men that run it was excellent. They qere friendly and welcoming. Our bedroom windows didnt open for fresh air. Breakfast was lovrly but please put a tick as the women didnt understand that crosses that i put doen i suffer with dylesixa and felt quite stupid when she come over and asked do we want breakfast because i crossed everything out in stead of ticks. We stayed for two nights and we would return again it was first place we stopped where it was peaceful and no door slamming
The room was large and very comfortable and our host's were very friendly, the cooked breakfast both mornings really set us up for the day. Maxine was very friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much. All in all a very enjoyable stay.
