"Lovely stay, friendly staff in all areas of the hotel.
Hotel slightly dated and needs a lock of paint in a few places but that adds to the charm.
Ideal location with parking and also a tram stop just across the road.
Breakfast selection was excellent.

There was a notice in the room informing us that it was noisy area we may experience some noise. We slept soundly on both nights the room and the hotel was quiet
