"Pool and spa were absolutely disgusting. Broken tiles, especially in the steam room and shower area, dirty, broken rusty lockers. Old outdated fixtures. Pool was crumbling on the sides,water was cloudy and smelt. Jacuzzi also smelt. Extremely poor experience. Waiting staff were very nice though. ..."
