"Pool was closed. Maybe when I booked the room I could’ve been told. Or a email before I checked in. Booked for three nights. The first two I had no TV. Signal kept going out every half hour or so and it stayed out for 10-15 minutes. Happened like four times each night. Also please tell housekeeping there are cow webs on the ceiling of 316"

"Very friendly and efficient staff. Cute little bar & outdoor sitting area. Renovations are tasteful. Wish the rooms were better insulated to reduce noise from other guests. Though off the beaten path - easily walkable to historic downtown Raleigh. Coffee was ok. Wish they had some healthier options for breakfast - fruit, yogurt. Though the pastries are divine. Would stay here again. "

"the room were clean. some staffing iaaues so our room was not cleaned every day but they did contact us to let us know. the only thing that was lacking was a nice outdoor seating area/patio to relax. "

"The area was safe and surrounded by a plentiful amount of green space. There was ampleparking until big work trucks and trailers arrived, taking up multiple spots. Late arrivals were forced to park haphazardly. Breakfast was simple American fare with some healthy options, ie. overnight oats, yogurt, turkey sausage. It was well stocked by the pleasant and poite kitchen staff."

"Room floors weren’t clean. Some lights in the room didn’t work. The body wash didn’t have anything in it in the shower and the sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain well. Desk staff was very nice and helpful. "
