Really enjoyed our stay here, we can to see take that and do some shopping so the location was perfect for walking distance to both areas. Breakfast was exceptional, loads of choice, my daughters vegetarian and was happy there was two types of vegetarian sausages and most impressed by the pancake maker. Rooms were very clean and we always like the dove shower gel when we stay at holiday inn.. loved every minute of our stay and staff were friendly and helpful

I spent two nights visiting for opera at The Hippodrome. It was just about 15 minutes’ walk to the Theatre and I felt safe as a woman of 74. Holiday Inns are all spotless and just what you need for a comfortable night or two.

Had a great stay, the hotel was central to all shops and near the train station. beautifully clean rooms with everything you need to make your stay comfortble. Staff amazing nothings too much trouble, and a great breakfast. I will stay here again.

Very friendly warm welcome on arrival. Room comfortable and spotlessly clean. Location is great for the station and city centre, and all the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was adequate.

Minutes from NEW street/ Grand Central train station which is a 10 minute train journey from Birmingham airport. Clean spacious room with kettle, tea, coffee, iron and ironing board cleverly concealed behind a large full length mirror. Toiletries, daily housekeeping if you want. Given choice of floor we wanted. Late bar with hot snacks seved until around 9.30pm. Room service may be available. Store luggage for free, complimentary tea coffee in reception at hreakfast area. Staff so welcoming and friendly. Near to restaurants.....same bars etc and The Bullring shopping mall. Visit the library up at the square behind the hotel. Fantastic place with a theatre, cafe and bars. Try a bowl of hearty soup and Brummie cake. A type of bread with bacon bits tomato and Worcester sauce and cheese. A meal in itself all for £8.

Accessible room was excellent with a very comfortable bed. Staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. Only one area in the hotel that was a bit difficult as a disabled person was getting around the dining room. If a couple of tables next to the aisle could be reserved for disabled guests that would help immensely. Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely big shower, good and plentiful breakfast. Staff were very friendly and willing. Good walking distance to the station and a car park next door. Room temperature was limited to 19 degrees and we found it a bit hot and stuffy, but we would happily go back again next year for our Crufts visit.
