Clean, comfortable rooms with great sound proofing for recovering from jet leg! In a great area for easy access to food and a short walk to nearby attractions!

A lovely, modern hotel right next to the Quay. Easy access for food, drinks, shopping and sightseeing. Check in was very easy and the staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay.

Great stay. Really nice hotel-like amnesties and comfy dorm bed and duvet for a hostel, it's pretty good. Friendly staff and great location. Rooftop is a bit quiet and the fridge gets a bit full at times but overall, an enjoyable stay.

This is a great place to stay, staff are nice and friendly always willing to help. Bathrooms and kitchen get cleaned regularly which is good to see. The street isn't the nicest of places but as long as you don't interact with the crazies they don't usually bother you. I had a good time meeting a bunch of people here and would definitely go back.

Lovely house with garden, balconies, library, living room and a very well equipped kitchen.
Staff were really friendly and helpful. I stayed 3 times in different rooms, the ensuite rooms are definitely worth the extra money, simply because you are normally away from the single rooms there's loads of doors slamming shut with everyone nipping to the toilet throughout the night.
Great location as very close to centre without the noise and big supermarket just 5 mins walk away

The hotel was easy to find up the top of Queen Street. Check-in was easy and our room was clean and as expected.
Walking down into town took no more than 10 mins.
They had even kept a box of items aside for us in anticipation of our arrival - very helpful.
