Was a great and pleasant stay. Booked with an included breakfast. Had an intercontinental breakfast. Room was spick and span with water. Reception allowed me for an early check-in which was delightful. Thanks Wyndham Baku for this wonderful experience.

Excellent hotel located next to the Presidential Palace and with a very good view of the city and the famous Baku flame towers. Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and large bedrooms, we opted for the platinum plan on arrival which includes WiFi, access to the executive lounge, an upgrade to a sea view room and breakfast. The only criticism, as alluded to previously, is the charge for the use of WiFi, strange in a hotel group like Marriott.

Staff was helpful and welcoming breakfast was good with a lot of choices and some local food

Lovely hotel on the outskirts of town but easy walk to Bakmil metro station (although trains there are limited). Nice very spacious room, with seating area. Excellent gym. Superb breakfast. Friendly & helpful staff, especially hotel manager, restaurant manager, restaurant waiter & girls cooking omelettes. Sadly some hotel guests were less than pleasant & we saw too many people handle the food at breakfast & then return it. The shower is lovely & huge but needs a thermostat as it goes between...

This was my second time to stay for an extended period in the Hyatt Regency Baku on business. This is a first class hotel with great staff, great facilities and a very calm and peaceful ambience.

We had an exceptionally helpful check-in, thanks to Lala from the Front Desk. She is very professional and customer oriented, she contributed in making our stay welcoming. Overall choosing this hotel was a very positive experience and we will be back.

Location: 9/10 The hotel is not in the city center, but it’s only a 12–15 minute drive away and absolutely worth it for the comfort and quiet. Rooms: 10/10 The rooms are more like full apartments – huge, spacious, and very well equipped. Extremely comfortable and perfect for families traveling with children. Family-friendly: 10/10 Staying here with kids was a great experience. The large apartment-style rooms made everything easier and more relaxing for the whole family. Staff: 10/10 Friendly,...

Great hotel. Staff friendly and spoke excellent English. Location excellent, near the front and could walk to most things. Easy to get cabs also. Recommend the executive area. Great for drinks and snacks. We were unusual in that we were on holiday not business and the hotel were really good at helping us out. Baku is really lovely. The hotel's top floor bar has excellent views, best in Baku I would say. Food excellent in the Grill. Only 'fault' is no outdoor swimming pool. Not much...

From the moment I checked in, to the moment I checked out, I was made to feel perfectly at home. Yusif and Turhan were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Would definitely stay at the Two Seasons again. If you have a problem with stairs then this hotels probably not the place for you, as there isn't a lift.

We had an excellent stay in the Park Inn - the staff were so helpful, the bed really comfortable, everything was sparkling clean. We felt very covid-safe! The breakfast was generous and tasty. Special thanks to Yunis who was so kind in arranging taxis for us.

Very clean hotel. Very Friendly staff. Breakfast was fantastic as you were spoiled for choice. Excellent location

Great hotel for exploring Baku. Front desk staff were really helpful and provided a complimentary upgrade. Great choice at the buffet breakfast and a wonderful view of Baku from the room. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Baku
