Nice hotel in a quiet area

Excellent hotel located next to the Presidential Palace and with a very good view of the city and the famous Baku flame towers. Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and large bedrooms, we opted for the platinum plan on arrival which includes WiFi, access to the executive lounge, an upgrade to a sea view room and breakfast. The only criticism, as alluded to previously, is the charge for the use of WiFi, strange in a hotel group like Marriott.

From the moment I checked in, to the moment I checked out, I was made to feel perfectly at home. Yusif and Turhan were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Would definitely stay at the Two Seasons again. If you have a problem with stairs then this hotels probably not the place for you, as there isn't a lift.

We had an exceptionally helpful check-in, thanks to Lala from the Front Desk. She is very professional and customer oriented, she contributed in making our stay welcoming. Overall choosing this hotel was a very positive experience and we will be back.

Was a great and pleasant stay. Booked with an included breakfast. Had an intercontinental breakfast. Room was spick and span with water. Reception allowed me for an early check-in which was delightful. Thanks Wyndham Baku for this wonderful experience.

Great hotel. Staff friendly and spoke excellent English. Location excellent, near the front and could walk to most things. Easy to get cabs also. Recommend the executive area. Great for drinks and snacks. We were unusual in that we were on holiday not business and the hotel were really good at helping us out. Baku is really lovely. I’d make sure the hot tub in the gym got a deep clean as the sides were filthy. Everywhere else was spotless.

It was an amazing hotel. It was quite strange - for a medium sized city in the Azerbaijani hinterland, the hotel was extremely luxurious and professional with an excellent range of facilities. You would not expect there to be such a nice hotel in such a relatively remote city. We were very impressed and would strongly recommend.

We had an excellent stay in the Park Inn - the staff were so helpful, the bed really comfortable, everything was sparkling clean. We felt very covid-safe! The breakfast was generous and tasty. Special thanks to Yunis who was so kind in arranging taxis for us.

Location: 9/10 The hotel is not in the city center, but it’s only a 12–15 minute drive away and absolutely worth it for the comfort and quiet. This was my second time to stay for an extended period in the Hyatt Regency Baku on business. This is a first class hotel with great staff, great facilities and a very calm and peaceful ambience.
