The staff did not understand English at all, which made communication very difficult. They were unable to speak or properly understand English, making it challenging to ask questions or request assistance. Better communication skills and basic English training for the staff would greatly improve the guest experience.
At Reception Girl took 2 Hours to find our reservations which was already paid and if you give them extra money they will give you room straightway feels like they purposely doing this for extra money.

The hotel is very unorganized, understaffed, and the staff seemed unable to adequately assist with our concerns.
We booked a family room, but upon arrival, we were given two separate rooms instead. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and, in my opinion, deserve only one star. After two nights, I developed significant back pain.
The hot water also ran out after approximately five minutes in the shower, which made it impossible to take a proper shower.
The windows are old and provide very little sound insulation, so we could hear significant street noise inside the room, making it difficult to sleep. The curtains were also old and too short to properly cover the windows, allowing outside light into the room throughout the night.
Overall, our stay was very uncomfortable, and the hotel did not meet the standards we expected.
