"The check-in was a smooth process until I was told there was a $100 cash deposit. I was never notified that I would need to put that amount down as a deposit but after checkout, I did get the money back. It was just a bit inconvenient since I didn’t have cash on me. The room itself was OK. The bed cover had holes from what looked like cigarette burns. There were some stains on the ceiling & the wall. The leg of the table looked like it was about to break, the fan exhaust in the bathroom did not work, the walls are super thin, and you can hear the conversation next-door and lastly, the shower only lasted a few minutes of hot water before it went to cold water."

"During a brief weekend stay with 4 family members I would like to give a HUGE shout out to ALL Staff at this Wyndham Airport Hotel in El Paso, Texas. Being the first trip to such a welcoming and hospitable city, we were not only made to feel welcomed but also, this property saved our trip!!"

"We booked early for the bts concert. They did NOT cancel our room. They did NOT try to modify our rates to get more money. Just running a quality motel and not trying to screw people over to make more money from patrons that already booked business with them. Will definitely stay here again and again."

"Overall very great place to stay at. Close to everything!! The only complain for me was toilet seat needed to be replaced it looked old/dirty. Other than that highly recommend. "
