The phone in the room and the Tv was out of service, after complaining one of the hotel staff gave his mobile number to co ordinate any request. 10/10 Excellent
Best approach , directly from main road. Parking is very good. Food is excellent. Staff behavior is very polite with prompt response. Property is spread across a large area with various stay options (type of rooms) , so no congestion and ample space for walking / activities. A very good location indeed in hilly terrain like Bhimtal.
