Mermaid, Ipswich by Marston's Inns

10/10 Excellent
"The Mermaid was perfect for us as we going to The Regal Theatre in Ipswich on the evening of our stay. We needed accessible parking and an accessible room. The staff at The Mermaid phoned us the day before our stay to check that we had indeed booked an accessible room. This greatly reassured us that we had booked a great place to stay in Ipswich. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. The evening meal and breakfast were excellent. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Thank you for looking after us so well. We have no hesitation in recommending The Mermaid and hope to return."
