"Excellent service and very accommodating staff The staff at Seven Hills Hotel were extremely prompt, cooperative, and professional throughout our stay. We initially faced a small issue with the room that was provided, but the concierge handled it very kindly and even offered us a complimentary room upgrade. Although we chose not to take the upgrade to avoid the hassle of moving our belongings, we truly appreciated the gesture. They also offered us a late checkout and were always available to answer questions or assist with any additional services. Overall, the service made our stay very pleasant and comfortable."

"Breakfast is always fresh l, staff are super nice and helpful! The location of the hotel is in the heart of Istanbul with aya Sofia, blue mosque, and basilica 10 minutes away on foot. Area are surrounded with shops, cafes, restaurants and other attractions. I can see the phosphorus from my window on second floor as well. "

Service was also top notch, especially bell captain Aytac, who was especially hospitable and one of the highlights of our experience as a result of his attention to detail and warmth towards us. Safe neighborhood with good dining options nearby, and within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar. Room was spacious and service was prompt. 10/10 would stay here again."
