Clean room and friendly staff

Hi, a really great hotel. I had called earlier to mention a late arrival. Although they initially charged, they quickly sorted out a refund when I arrived. The hotel room and bathroom were pristine. I had an issue with a padlock on my suitcase - it took a while for maintenance to attend but when they arrived it was sorted quickly. Great location - 6 mins walk to the metro station. I did not sample the breakfast/food but would highly recommend.

We found the breakfast team to be very hospitable and warm especially Mary S, Maria D and Lisbeth. The bar team are also good but they are rushed off their feet and therefore the service and cleaning areas suffer. The gym is adequate and superficially clean - it does the job. Very clean place; nice and friendly staff at the reception. Nice breakfast and the ladies at the breakfast place are so nice and professional and they keep on asking if everything is fine. The hotel is near many eating and coffee places.

Even though we never made it to have dinner as e were always out.We had access to the Gym and Pool which was very cool. Toni at the front Desk has our highest recommendation. She was just exceptional and even made the kids look forward to another holiday again with a very special good bye treat.Well done ..Like the American's say ''Y'all come back again. We surely will.Thank you for making sure we had a good break away from home.

Great service. Clean hotel. Bfast I would charge a fee and make it a bit better…

Secure parking , with fresh breakfast close to full english breakfast. Good location. Closest metro to DC Shady Grove. Note: lounge area for breakfast is in level 2 not 1.

Good hotel with helpful staff. Complementary breakfast and supper during the week.

Private house with rooms. there is a kitchen that can be used. Reasonable price, local station is about 10 mis walk, Metro about 20 min drive. Plenty of places to eat within 15 mins walk. Would use again
