Omni Shoreham Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"What a fun stay with my 3 children and au pair! We swam in the pool, ordered room service, got breakfast at the cafe and took pictures with the Fourth of July display. The staff was great, checkout and check in were so easy. The only complaint would be the size and efficiency of the elevator-not ideal to wait multiple trips to get up and down from our room with a stroller."

"The breakfast was very good. The breakfast staff was excellent. Marie & especially Blonca, were exceptionally helpful , patient , pleasant and very nice. They made me fill welcomed and special. Kudos for having such wonderful staff! The room was nice. A little smaller that I expected. The location of the property and the property itself was in a great location and well maintained. The happy hour needed a little help with what to serve. I'm not a drinker, so I really didn't enjoy it that much, If you are, I'm sure 2 free alcoholic beverage would make you happy. They could use more items to eat and drink at the happy hour. Overall, it's a nice place to stay with excellent staff members!"

"Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Hotel was lovely, super clean, no access to top floors without key card which gave amazing security. Only complaint was having to pay for the parking at the hotel while staying at the hotel. $120 just for parking for a 3 night stay on top of the hotel bill."

"It was a nice lovely historica hotel. I was at the room 206 and like the space with the desk that seems to be a good zone. Everything is clean, we did not have any breakfast, Hotel staff are friendly and helpful and also help open the door for us, which some hotels do not have anymore as most hotel has automatically door so this reminds me of the old time. The hotel is clean and I love the wall decoration. If we will be back to DC, I recommend this hotel. Good location!"
