Staff when above and beyond, by accident I left some personal items on my room locker and, Carla was kind enough to send the items over my US address. Will come back next year. "Very nice place, good location, not super-central for sightseeing but teams are just outside and main bus stop and train station are win walk away so it's easy to get around. Good facilities, excellent housekeeping."

"Shared bathrooms were cleaned on tbe regular. Although the mixed showers were missing locks on most of the doors. Discounted food and drinks at the bar was a nice bonus. Easy access to transportation...right outside is an s stop. Easy walk to Alexanderplatz. "

"There was plumbing issues in room 585. There was a lot of dust in the room. I found bugs in the locker for my bed inside the room. The bed is clean though "
