"Staff couldnt have been more polite. Reception staff were great and helped us with an esrly check in. Plus great value stay. The villa was maintained well. I would definitely stay here again. We loved being able to park our scooters out the front and come and go as we pleased. The boy on the front door was polite stoping traffic to help us get onto the busy road. The only negative. The bath was not practical to use. Since half the water dripped over the edge of the bathtub(when filled) due to a badly designed tap. In order not to waste water we didnt use. However would have liked too. Overall a great stay "

"Had a wonderful stay, all staff are wonderful, prompt and very friendly. Petri at the front service desk goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, pleasurable and will assist you with all inquiries. The resort is a lovely place even though some things look dated that is to be expected in the tropics, everything is clean, bed was very comfortable, 24hr room service, breakfast available till 11am, late checkout and the massage was sensational. Everything is there. Thank you to all staff for a great first time visit to Bali."

"New build property (within a few years) staff (and Bali) per usual are pleasant and wonderful. Conveniently located in a side street it is perfectly walkable to the beach in 7-8min (where Finn's is) There was no noise disturbance from any beach clubs around the area while in the room, when outside you can hear faint music but this wasn't a concern or thought at all. Chain massage spa and mini mart on the main road 3min walk away as well. I would reccomend anyone staying for a longer stay to request a standalone room (not a connecting room) as the soundproofing at the connecting door is questionable. Breakfast choices are suitable and good. Special mention to Aya, always friendly and checking how the stay is going but not overstepping, the various young staff members always saying hello and complying to our requests. I look forward to returning!"

"If I could give 6 stars I would. Staff (front desk reception, housekeeping, etc.) were all extremely kind, helpful, and patient. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, provide us with recommendations, and quickly resolve any concerns. Housekeeping was on top of everything, leaving our room very clean! Best service I've ever had. The Komu was a walking distance from everything we wanted to check out in Canggu, very close to beaches, shops, restaurants, beach clubs, etc. The room itself is cozy, clean, and has everything we need. The hotel even has a gym open 24 hours and a pool open until later in the evening. I'd come back to this place if I visit Bali again in the future."
