We (2 People) stayed at this hotel early November and it was a very good experience mainly because the staff put in such a lot of hard work to achieve this so Thankyou to all of them. Me and my partner was well looked after by friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Made us feel like old friends to them. Food was amazing rooms were spotless. Defo coming back

The hotel was very close to the beach and Old Town and is in a relatively quiet area of the resort. The staff were excellent and very efficient. The range of food meant you could have variety throughout the week. We went for the Select option which meant we had access to a room offering branded alcohol, newspapers and a private small terrace - would strongly advise people go for this option. The jewel in the crown is the spa - went there twice and it's a real treat. Would stay here again...

Very comfortable hotel, good food and plenty of variety. The staff in the restraunt are attentive and cleared the table quickly. The rooms were cleaned daily and the ladies cleaning the rooms were very nice. We had a room with a sea view balcony and mini bar which allowed us to sit late in the evening with a cold drink and enjoy the view. Good facilities if you wish to use them and plenty of comfortable seatingnot only in the hotel but also in the outdoor bar area. I would return to this...

Located ideally for all shops, restaurants and beach, fantastic choice of meals in restaurant. Half board allowed us to choose lunch or evening meal, room was good size being cleaned and checked each day if wanted. Honestly deserves it's 4 stars and would definitely recommend it.

Of all the hotels we have stayed in my wife and I find this to be the only one worth returning to again and again.

OUR FOURTH VISIT TO THIS HOTEL AND JUST AS IMPRESSED THIS TIME. WE BOOKED A SEA VIEW ROOM BUT WERE PLACED ON THE SECOND FLOOR, WHICH, WHILST HAVING A SEA VIEW, OVERLOOKS THE ROOF OF THE BAR. A REQUEST TO MOVE TO A HIGHER FLOOR WAS MET WITH A SMILE AND AN IMMEDIATE MOVE TO THE FIFTH FLOOR - PROBABLY THE BEST VIEW IN THE HOTEL. Great staff, great food, very clean and in a lovely location. Couldn't fault the hotel at all. We will definitely be coming back.

Location perfect for families, no scrambling for sunbeds, spotlessly clean & nice rooms. Good quality food and show cooking ( incl.fresh omelettes & pancakes everyday ). Only issue sometimes food could gave been hotter but there is a microwave & entertainment wasn't catered for younger crowd. But staff very helpful , no rowdy hen & stags and also a free trip to Benidorm palace is a must :) def be back

This is a wonderful gem of a hotel with fantastic views over the sea. The rooms are stylish with comfortable beds. The food is amazing all served at the table so no annoying buffet queues. It’s position is great with shops bars and entertainment a few steps away.

The first room was two single beds so the receptionist changed our room to a double bed. The day after my birthday we had complementary champagne and chocolate. Which was a very nice surprise.we requested a kettle and tea/ coffee which were given to us within the hour of asking. Staff were all very polite helpful and nothing you asked them was a problem to do.

Excellent from start to finish, enjoyed by all.Great location and facilities at hotel were superb. Buffet menu in restaurant was of an excellent standard.
