"Unfortunately on arriving it became apparent straight away that somehow our booking had been missed. The hotel was not busy so they soon found us a room. Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand. Food and service was very good although disappointing that some restaurants were not open."

"What a great hotel. Food and drink options are great, loads of choice, and great quality. Staff are friendly, helpful and positive all the time. Location is also great, just a very short walk to the Old Town. Bathroom facilities in the rooms are a little small, but would let them off for everything else. Would absolutely recommend."

"We’ve stayed at this property multiple times before the ‘upgrade’. The location is excellent, the apartments are a great size and have a fantastic cafe bar underneath (locally owned). The upgrade is much fresher than it was, however, not like the pictures the quality of the finish is poor. Lovely comfortable apartments though. Falsely advertised the use of the Dynastic facilities, this was blamed on expedia and resolution solved with Dynastic hotel. Receptionists came across as rude, but perhaps...

"easy check-in by friendly staff at hotel adjacent to the apartments and requested overnight parking. Lift took us direct from secure underground parking to front door of our well appointed apartment on the 16th floor. Nice powerful & hot shower. Comfy beds & balcony with table & chairs taking in a lovely view over Benidorm, the mountains & the sea. Breakfast with plenty of choice was served in the hotel only a couple of mins walk away. Plenty of bars, food establishments and grocery stores a...
