"April 2026: This is probably our seventh time staying at this incredible meticulously Puri Dajuma Eco Resort. Exceptionally trained and caring staff delicious breakfast options and views one can only dream about we particularly like Soka A, a charming bungalow in the upper pool area. Shell seekers. Leisurely walks. Surfing at Medewi. Free shuttle to nearby currency exchange, simple markets and to surf spots. Come here to get away from your daily world. Do keep in mind that the heat can keep you inside your place; great way to catch up on sleep, work on your watercolor painting, start that screen play draft, and play with each other. "Our stay at Hanging Gardens of Bali was unforgettable—not just for the breathtaking views, but for the people. From arrival, you’re treated like family. Smiles are everywhere, and if you’re a fan of Cheers, this truly feels like a place where everyone knows your name. The attentiveness is seamless—leave for breakfast, and your room is perfectly refreshed before you return. The food is exceptional. The restaurant is Michelin-level, and the bakery is outstanding—the croissants are perfect, and the pain au chocolat (pound chocolate) is incredible. Communication is also top-tier. Through WhatsApp, the team shares real-time updates on events, activities, weather, and local conditions—always proactive and reassuring. What stood out most was their care when we became sick. The team checked in constantly, offering tea, water, and anything we needed. They even arranged a doctor to come directly to our villa—professional, knowledgeable, and seamless. The property itself is stunning—lush jungle views, a serene pool, beautiful rooms, spa, gym, and unique funiculars with friendly operators always ready to help. But ultimately, it’s the people who make this place special. When we left, staff—including the manager—came out to wave goodbye. We weren’t ready to go. Sometimes, it’s the family you make along the way—and here, you truly find one."

"My stay at Alila was perfect, the food was incredible & staff were all so friendly and attentive. Some issues with check in as had already paid & reception staff asked for whole amount again $3k AUD. Found the reception staff quite rude and was charged 854,000 IDR for 3 beers and 8 sparking waters, whilst sitting at the lobby to go I was asked for more money, this experience was terrible considering how much money I had spent at the resort during my 4 nights (NB warning do not have mini bar drinks in your room) also found someone in my room who claimed to have restocked although only 1 tonic was restocked although not the 3 cans of beer consumed which is all I had in those 4 days "

Staff super friendly , always kind and helpful . Great on site restaurant, tasty , thoughtful and generous menu. Breakfast was included in my booking, and it was superb. Highly recommend this place !
