"Property, service, cleanliness, staff, and location are all excellent. Quiet and removed from the main town. Great to retreat. All staff helpful and friendly. Only drawback is the quality of food from the restaurant. Given the site is remote, you expect a reasonable offering from the restaurant onsite, yet we found it to be not only limited in options as many items were unavailable, but also food quality and presentation was very poor. To make things worse, I became sick with food poisoning from the chicken I ate. Although I thoroughly enjoyed the site and accommodation, the food poisoning dampened the experience. I would go back to stay as the place is beautiful, but not eat onsite, which is a shame as I always like to support the local operators. A trip to town and back is a little costly, so would be really great if the restaurant could improve services and food quality and safety."

"Our stay at Homm Saranam Baturiti was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was warm, Our private villa was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably clean. We were also touched with a lovely birthday amenity for my son, which made our stay feel especially thoughtful and memorable. Having our own private pool was such a treat, and we loved spending time relaxing there. The dining was delicious, and walking around the beautiful grounds was one of our favorite parts of the stay. We especially loved the vegetable garden—it was so pretty and added to the peaceful, natural setting. What touched us most, however, was the exceptional care the staff showed toward our son, who became sick during our visit. They went above and beyond to help us, including calling a doctor for us and making sure he was cared for. Their kindness and genuine concern meant so much to our family. We also appreciated our driver, who was kind, helpful, and made our transportation easy and comfortable. Homm Saranam Baturiti is a truly special place—not only because of its beautiful setting and lovely accommodations, but because of the wonderful people who make you feel genuinely cared for. We are so grateful for our stay and would happily return."

"Favoloso hotel nella zona di Bedugul, ideale per visitare il tempio o per vedere le cascate. Molto curato ho giardino, con un divertente spettacolo di luci. Ottimo il ristorante, ci abbiamo mangiato ogni sera. Eccellente lo staff ed i consigli per visitare i dintorni con il driver consigliato. Le camere sono moderne, curate e dotate di tutti i comfort."

"Truly the Bali I came to see! Far from the hustle and bustle, nestled in lush forest, framed by village rice paddies and coffee farms. Highlights were the trek in the dense rainforest of Mt Batukaru and the warm welcome of village life in Karya Sari. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience."

"Excellent overall experience. The level of service was very high, comfortable and well appointed seperate bungalows set in a beautiful tropical garden. Staff super friendly , always kind and helpful . Great on site restaurant, tasty , thoughtful and generous menu. Breakfast was included in my booking, and it was superb. Highly recommend this place ! "

"I came to Nadi seeking space and quiet, and that is exactly what I received. The food was beautiful, the staff were so accommodating and genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful, and the whole experience gave me exactly what I needed at this time. Just a gentle heads-up that there are a lot of stairs, so if mobility is a challenge it’s something to be mindful of. I stayed in both the Mountain View Tent and the Waterfall Tent and loved them both for different reasons. The Mountain View Tent was incredibly peaceful, watching the storms roll in over the mountains, with butterflies by day and fireflies at night — definitely a special spot. In the Waterfall Tent you can’t see the waterfall from the room, but the sound of the water flowing was really relaxing and grounding. I would absolutely stay here again."
