"The resort is wonderful. I stayed for 5 days and I was extremely happy with staff. They are very attentive and always greeting you with a smile. The rooms are very clean. The food was absolutely delicious and the whole vibe was relaxing a overall happy. I will gladly return."

"You can see the ocean yes, but the room is not whats seen in the pictures.. they are outdated.. the front desk agent said he was upgrading us to a king suite instead of the room with the double bed.. we got in the room and the king bed was the only thing nice about the room.. no sheets on the pull out bed..and no free shuttle to airport ask marketing discribes you have to get an uber or taxi.. it not worth it"

"Staff was lovely and the management was super accommodating; they allowed us an early check in when we initially arrived. We requested a late check out but they were unable to accommodate us as they were fully booked. But they did allow us to stay 6 hours after check out snd enjoy the amenities until our flight. I would definitely return."

"We chose this hotel for a romantic one-night stay because of its location in Zona Colonial, which is excellent for walking to restaurants, shops, and historic attractions. The colonial architecture and rooftop terrace are beautiful, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. However, our experience was somewhat mixed. Check-in was a bit disorganized and our room was not ready upon arrival. While the room looked charming at first, we noticed a few maintenance and cleanliness issues, including a leaking shower, a non-working safe, and mosquitoes entering the room from the nearby trees. Breakfast was also quite minimal. Overall, the location and historic character are great, but improved upkeep, smoother check-in, and more accurate photos online would make the experience better."
