"The staff were amazing and the room was spotless. My only complaint was crappy pillows and no soap or facecloths were provided. Easy walk to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby."

"Ils s’annoncent comme un hôtel avec le prix qui vient avec mais c’est un hostel. Aucune réception pour accueillir les clients. L’état de la chambre laisse beaucoup à désirer, draps tachés, rouille dans la salle de bain. N’indique pas qu’il y a des frais pour la navette à l’aéroport mais il y en a. Aucune insonorisation. J’ai pris une boisson et malgré le fait qu’il était indiqué 495 pesos sur le menu, l’employé m’a chargé 550 pesos. Accès facile à la plage et bel environnement aux alentours dans boca chica. Endroit qui ne vaut pas son prix."

"NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BOOK HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I was immediately robbed by one of the locals, and forced to withdraw money from an ATM. Once I finally got back to the hotel after withdrawing enough money to keep the thieves satisfied, the power kept going off. The area was also extremely insecure: gang of locals stood staring outside my window on second floor and filming us, AND WINDOW WOULDN'T CLOSE OR LOCK so had to BARRICADE the window with sofa). One particular guy stood looking intently at our second floor window (which wouldn't lock mind you) from 11pm to 6am. I didn't sleep a wink, and feared for my life. There are also locals posing as hotel workers at the parking lot, one of whom chased us as we were departing and tried to block our exit (wearing a security hat). Never go here under any circumstances."

"The ocean view is great as you are right in the beach. My room was dirty and seemed like it was going to collapse. The staff were a bit condescending but they answered all my questions. The bed was itchy and dusty. "

"The staff was absolutely amazing so hospitable so accommodating. We had the garden view which was absolutely breathtaking. They let us check in early for a low fee, which was amazing. The rooms are breathtaking and extremely comfortable with a huge patio. Very relaxing. Drinks were amazing. And the fruit was to die for!"
