"The staff, the buffet and the Happy Hour bar and staff were all excellent. My only complaint was about two things in the room and I already passed this complaint to the desk staff. There was a deep foul odor throughout the room which I suspect emanated from the HVAC but I could be wrong, It was not and I almost went down to change rooms but was too tired. The second thing was an empty shampoo dispenser in the shower."

"We had 3 people in the room. The room was beautiful with the bedroom and living area plus a kitchenette. The bathroom was huge! Too bad the shower doors weren't frosted glass so more than one person could be in the bathroom. Someone in the room next to us was smoking on the patio so we had to close the balcony doors . We did not eat in any of the resturants. And did not get to use the pool since it rained so much."

"We enjoyed our stay. Family of 4 with 3 teenagers, tagging along with a husband who stayed at another (more expensive hotel) for a work meeting. Nice location, right off the highway. Cute little downtown area a few blocks away. Rooms were clean. Everyone enjoyed the breakfast, the staff and the kids loved “cookie hour”. My daughter took a quick dip in the hot tub too! Only con was traffic noise throughout the night and morning. Other than that, no complaints. Perfect place for couples and families with older kids. "

"Spacious rooms in a great downtown location. Complimentary glass of wine upon checkin was a nice touch. Music on Saturday night was a bonus. We love staying at this hotel in Napa. "

"Lots of parking, free breakfast served 7-10am. Checking out service wasnt very pleasant. But other than that, the room was clean. "
