"Initially given a very small room with no shower facility (just a bathtub). Staff happily accommodated our request to change rooms. New room was very nice. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were all friendly. Location was excellent. Gym and sauna both required a fee to use."

"Great location! Staff is very friendly and helpful. They welcomed us with coffees which is the way to my heart. The room was nice and roomy. We had the queen bed with a sofa that opened to a bed. We had a nice balcony with a view of the alley and buildings around us which was pretty. It snowed one of the days we were there so we got to see the snow on top of the building. The room has a nice size tv and a curtain between the sofa and bed for privacy. Bathroom is great. They have a hair dryer and shower items that you would need. The bathroom has a towel warmer which is a nice addition for the cold weather. The heater in the room worked great. The location of the hotel is perfect. You are steps away from great restaurants and all the shopping stores. Definitely recommend this hotel. "
