"Clean rooms, nice staff, bit over the top when addressing you. Booked a twin accessible room but when we got to the hotel it was made up as a double and we were asked to leave the room whilst they turned it into a twin. This process to some 45 minutes. My believe is that my dad at least should have been offered a complimentary drink. "

"The reception staff were excellent at the Ibis recognising that my wife may need an accessible room which they arranged with an early check in. This is a nice comfortable hotel with lots of amenities nearby. Highly recommend."

"Exceptional staff, all. I’ve stayed in many hotels over 30 yrs of travel. This hotel really stood out. It’s cool, as were all of the staff encountered. A credit to the owners. "

"The bathroom was lovely with a good shower. The room was clean but some of the furniture felt tired and dated. Paint chips and heat/water marks on surfaces. Overall, very happy, though."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic and a bit stuffy but fine for 1 night for a business trip. The pool area is dated and needs cleaning / upgrading. I didn't have the breakfast as it was expensive, walked to a nearby cafe which was very nice"
