This was a perfect first visit to Niagara Falls, Canada! Our room overlooked the falls, Rainbow Bridge, and Oakes Garden Theatre, a botanic wonder, directly across the street from the entrance to the falls and all the surrounding activities! Our room was cleaned daily, unlike most hotels when you stay multiple days! Beds were comfortable; the room had two rotating chairs and a couch as well as a fireplace! We really hated to leave!❤️💔🥲

I had a disappointing experience at the Sheraton. They didn’t honor the breakfast that I had already paid for. My room number was written on a card, which turned out to be the breakfast voucher, but I wasn’t informed about this. When the restaurant asked for the voucher, I had no idea what they were talking about. I went to the front desk to report the missing voucher, and they made me wait for 15 minutes while they checked the security cameras to confirm I had received it. I was shocked by the lack of trust in their customers. Ultimately, they refused to give me a replacement voucher for the breakfast I had already been charged $50 for. They should make it crystal clear to keep the card with the room number and take it to breakfast. I will never stay at Sheraton again.

The tops of our desk and nightstands were clearly dirty, I cleaned them myself with my wipes and our door did not shut properly, you really needed to push on it. Plus the pool was closed for maintenance so my child was very disappointed in that. For what we paid, I do expect more. The staff though were very friendly

The front desk staff, pool staff and spa services was all amazing, however, when it comes to customer service the fallsview breakfast buffet staff missed the mark, prepaid for the buffet for my stay and had a terrible experience every time we went. Rude, pushy, and no comprehension of how to treat customers. The room service did not clean well and gave us ripped and town towels.

The room was very nice. We had an amazing view of the falls and really enjoyed the fireworks at night! The room was also very clean. Parking is overpriced and with the amount that is charged for a room I think something for breakfast should be included such as muffins, bagels, etc.

For 250$ a night, there's no breakfast included? They also charged my card 55$ dollars for no reason. Overall, it's a really clean hotel with comfortable beds and directly on Clifton Hill.

I noticed little things that bothered me during our stay here like broken faucet handles, bed sheets were a little itchy for us maybe due to dust allergies, and the lack of AC during our stay. The AC didnt even cool our room and it felt better opening the windows that’s how ineffective the AC was.
