"The hotel was clean and exceptionally nice. There was a sticker on the mirror that stated the rooms were cleaned every other day. We ran out of toilet paper and I went down to the front desk to ask for more because our room never got cleaned. The front desk clerk told me if I would scan the QR code, it would tell me they only cleaned every 3 days. The sticker on the bathroom mirror literally stated the rooms were cleaned every other day. Also, when I reserved the room, it stated there was an inside pool with pictures of the pool. The location does not have a pool."
