"As I walked in, the front desk agent (I believe his name was Nick) was very friendly. There was parking that was secure and easy to get to. Breakfast was nothing special but what free hotel breakfast is haha. Rooms were very clean and tidy along with an updated system on the tv that allowed us to log into our streaming services instead of only being confined to cable. Not too far from the beach and right by neighborhoods that are very nice to walk through and look at. All around great for the price but better than we expected because of the reviews. We just happened to have an excellent stay compared to some of the others. "

"We booked through Hotels.com, and they goofed: We thought we were getting a Deluxe room, which is what we usually stay in (we are Best Western members, and won't reserve through a third party ever again). The regular room had an unpleasant odor, and the night manager Monica checked out several rooms with me until we found one that was better. However, it had a super noisy heater that cycled on and off all night (which kept me awake) and was on an exterior, noisier walk way, not in the main building, so the next day she upgraded us to the Deluxe room we had wanted all along. Monica went over and above to make us happy. Best Western, we have one suggestion for the next time you upgrade: Showers are much more pleasant with glass doors and a hand shower option rather than just a shower head and shower curtain. "
