"Arriving, I struggled to get my luggage up the steep stairs & was surprised that the guy at the top, who was standing there watching me, didn't offer to help. He opened the door & that was the extent of it. I was told my room would be ready in less than an hour so when an hour came & went I checked in again at the front desk and the young man immediately said it wasn't ready yet. I then decided to sit in the lobby instead of out by the pool, and within a minute, the room magically became ready....
