"I HAVE STAYED HERE MANY TIMES. THIS TIME WAS GOOD. THE BREAKFAST WAS A LITTLE IMPROVED. THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. MY ONLY COMPLAINTS WERE THE BED SQUEAKED IN ROOM 106, THE BATHTUB WATER WAS CLOGGED AND THE WATER DRAINED SLOWLY AND THE SOAP DISPENSER WAS EMPTY. FEEL SOMEONE IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB. I STILL WOULD RETURN BECAUSE IT IS VERY DOG FRIENDLY AND STILL VERY COMFORTABLE. WE WERE IN A KING SIZE EXECUTIVE SUITE WHICH HAS 2 TV AND A SOFA BED. VERY ROOMY. I WILL BE BACK!"

"Disappointing they advertise a bar but do not have one. They do not start serving coffee till 7am and you need to pay. Hotel is on a busy road so you hear road noise from the room. AC had a funky smell in the room."

"The staff was exceptional. I had left my rings behind but the staff was very helpful and truthful by helping me return my lost jewelry."

"Cleanliness of my room was a turnoff. The tile floors in the entry, kitchen and bathroom were sticky. The sofa had scratch marks that appeared to be pet damage. The remote battery cover was missing and replaced with black electrical tape. It looked like my room had been through the wringer and rather than properly repair or replace, bandaid fixes were implemented. I was not told pets were allowed to stay previously in the room I was assigned. I’m allergic to dogs and woke up with severe allergies. Upon further inspection, there was pet hair stuck in large quantities around the base of the bed. "

"Tom at the front desk is very personable and kind, definitely felt special! Unfortunately, the pool and jacuzzi were broken and the elevator needs some maintenance. Had to push the button 3 times for it to open! Staff at breakfast was pleasant and bed was comfortable"

"They had to change our room because the refrigerator was not working and the tv remote was missing. The breakfast options to purchase were very limited and when selecting a croissant they were hard and not edible. Doesn’t seem like they have fresh items. Also I was over charged for incidentals. I will be calling to understand those charges. When checking out the front desk was too busy to deal with me and just asked to hand me my room key and room number and he would check me out I never got a receipt to check the charges. "
