"Breakfast was not the best!"

"Disgustingly filthy room. Refrigerator had black mold throughout and was unplugged. Tub appeared to have dried blood in it. Dried ?ketchup? on the floor. White stains on upholstered couch and upholstered bed frame. I had to immediately check out; I would've rather slept in my vehicle, than stay at this hotel. Front desk staff were kind and understanding. "

"Our room was clean, hotel was quiet, staff was extremely friendly & accommodating. The diner on site had great service & the food was delicious! We did have to switch rooms on our last night due to a major leak in the ceiling, but were reimbursed for our trouble. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The stay was great, clean room, nice amenities. $200 will be held on hold from your bank or credit card account as a deposit upon check in. It will NOT be reversed upon checkout as was told by front desk. “Oh yeah, it’ll go right back there tomorrow when you check out!”. Not just a card on file for incidentals. I think this should be more clear. It wasn’t an issue for me, but people should be aware of how this ACTUALLY works. Honesty goes a long ways. While the room and everything else was great, there was a great degree of mistrust caused."
