"Chose this hotel because of the free breakfast. In the hotel lobby theres a sign that says breakfast starts at 7am. I get down there the next morning and im told they no longer offer free breakfast, but had granola bars instead. Every granola bar was atleast 2 years expired. The coffee had soap bubbles in it. Another customer was in the lobby because his car was stolen the night before from the parking lot. Crazy area."

"The location is gorgeous. So close to Philly, Historic Smithville and Atlantic City. No issue with “things to do” on property or near by. It only gets three stars as I expected a much higher level of customer experience. The hotel was busy! Soccer teams, private parties, golf groups, tourists etc. The room wasn’t ready at check in. There was only one bar tender in packed bar who was also serving the tavern. Worst martini, ever. It was served with crushed ice in it? Room service went to voice mail - tried for thirty minutes and gave up. Called front desk and the Staff manager took our order by text and we had to walk to the front desk to get our order. Hand sanitizer & wipes were empty in the gym. Dark and ambiguous walk back to the hotel from the far self-serve parking lot. 1/2 finished Bar drinks from the night before were still in the ladies bathroom (in the lobby) the next morning. There is a big sign posted “Quiet Hours 10pm - 6am” which was a farce. The two rooms next to us had multiple people visiting and were disturbingly loud which went on well past midnight. The good parts are that the Bed and the linen was exquisite. Good space in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was nice. Omelette station was excellent as were the amount of healthy food choices. "

"The room had been recently redone and it looked great! Spacious. The WiFi however did not seem to reach the room and I wasn't able to use it."

"Place is gross!!’ The property is not maintained. Everything is dirty. The shower head doesn’t work properly. Most likely drug users took the screen out. TV is the impossible. No WIFI. No coffee. The noises throughout the night were beyond disturbing. I had an appointment and was an late checking out. It was 11:44 and Ali kept $40 of my $100 cash deposit. I realized I left something in the microwave and went back to be told it was thrown away( in 5 minutes) then left, got a block away remembering my bible and phonebook were in the nightstand drawer. I returned and asked Ali if I could get them. He threatened to call police for tresspassing. The next day I got a call from a man who checked into that room. He found my stuff and went through everything opening envelopes, reading personal information. He met with me to return them to me. Not worth the price."
