We had a Water Villa, which was absolutely fantastic, large room, bath on the deck overlooking the ocean. The Water Villas have the added benefit of access to Riviera Restaurant which was much better than the main buffet restaurant. There is plenty to do on Villa Nautica Paradise Island whether you’re in your 20s or getting on a bit! What was so nice about the Island even at 100% occupancy is that it never feels busy. "

"When booking property, no information that the fitness centre was at least a 7-10 min walk away and that it is closed on friday as well as only 12-12 on saturday when i checked out. I chose The Somerset precisely because of the fitness centre, but it was disappointing I could not use it at all. Brandon"

"The island is smaller than you expect from the pictures and island map and overall it feels outdated. The staff didnt seem very happy, which reflects in the level of service. Im happy we only stayed for three days. Most restaurants have zero ambiance. Only thing top quality and high level of service was the breakfast restaurant female staff (very welcoming) and sea salt restaurant. Quality of food is great in Sea Salt, be sure to book dinner there."

"Great hotel staff. Deluxe beachfront unit was 100 yards from the beach and no view. If you want a partial, you should book the premium. Swimming was marginal as water was 2 feet to 5 feet deep so all the coral is bleached and a low tide could not swim. We thought we were gonna get better than this is more a site issue than a staff hotel issue"
