"We stayed for 2 nights, communication with Chaele was fantastic and they were accommodating to us arriving early with our baby which was much appreciated. The apartment was clean and well decorated and only a short walk from the beach which was lovely. The double bed appeared to be broken unfortunately and left both of us with a bad back, as soon as either of us sat down one of the struts fell out and when looking underneath it appeared to be held together in parts with duct tape. We also would...

"We were very glad to find this property available as a relatively late booking. We did not know beforehand that the Hotel is purpose built to cater for disabled guests and we were expecting a more conventional “beach club” with lounge/bar and restaurant open as a matter of course rather than just on request. The room looked a little clinical with special single beds for disabled guests. The bathroom was also a wet room with shower. We had a lovely, very comfortable stay. Beds were very...

"The hotel is lovely. It is a very old building but in the best location overlooking a vast expanse of the beaches and Cardigan bay. The owners Mike and Trudy are a lovely friendly couple who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. We also have to mention Victor who made us laugh every night in the restaurant. "The apartment was dated but clean, quite cold even with the heaters, the 2nd bedroom heater didn’t work, the fridge wasn’t working and one half of the recliner sofa didn’t recline. Overall a lovely stay and the issues didn’t affect our holiday as we were only there for a few days but when I tried to contact someone regarding the issues I go no response which was disappointing."
