We requested to book a scooter that they said they would book and get in 5 minutes because we had an appointment that we had to get to in 15 minutes. We were checking in and coordinating delays to the appointment. After 30 minutes I asked where the scooter was and the place they called was out of scooters, but they didn't notify me. "The room was amazing. Clean, very modern, and bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is a huge plus, but being picky, I would add some more cooking pots. Otherwise, great location, easy parking for the bike, few convenience stores around to access, and obviously, the location is at the gateway to the great world of Canggu! Oh yeah, the stuff was amazing, all of them, super helpful, always happy to assist and greeting everyone with good energy."
