Oh dear. Where do I begin?
Check-in: Guy at front desk had a perpetual frown when we checked in as if he was bothered by our arrival/presence. I asked to see the room first upon check-in before taking my luggage upstairs. His first comment was that i cant get my money back even though mothing was said aboyt refunds or money. When wr went to see the room. The door was already open and the pl
