Cheap but noisy. Close to BKK center but not much in immediate neighborhood. Sister hotel next door hires rooms by the hour.

Did not honor breakfast coupon.

I was not pleased with service. Even after showing them that it came with a free full breakfast they would not honor my voucher that was through hotel. com booking. Had the paper but consistently said not included. Location not very good if spending time ... have to find transportation for almost anywhere.

Très bon hôtel niveau propreté, chambre de grande taille, très bonne literie. Seul bémol dans les chambre : la climatisation qui fait beaucoup de bruit. Hôtel un peu éloigné de tout, mais cela donne l'avantage qu'il est dans un endroit très calme. Lors de notre séjour, nous avons vu des travaux dans la rue même de l'hôtel : extension des voies du Skytrain. Bientôt, il sera donc facile de se déplacer depuis l'hôtel grâce au train à venir. Attention, sur hotel.com, il est indiqué que l'hôtel sert le petit déjeuner gratuitement, sur place on nous a dit le contraire. Lorsque nous avons montré notre papier de réservation, l'hôtel nous a quand même finalement donné le petit déjeuner gratuit. Autre point, nous avions fait 2 réservation différentes dans l'hôtel, et celui ci n'a trouvé qu'une réservation sur les 2. Ils voulaient au départ nous faire payer à nouveau une chambre ! ils ont fouillés dans leurs papiers, et ont finalement trouvé notre réservation. Nous avons eu une frayeur ! Hotel qui ne semble donc pas encore trop habitué à avoir des clients ayant fait une réservation sur hotel.com... En dehors de cela, le personnel a été sympa. A noter qu'une caution est à donner de 500 bath à l'arrivée (environ 17 €), mais elle est restituée sans problème au moment du départ.

Hotellet var bra, men personalen i receptionen talade mycket dålig engelska, Samma gällde också personalen för rumsservice. Avloppet i duschen fungerade dåligt så efter att en hade duschat fick man vänta länge innan vattnet runnit undan. Det läckte vatten vid toalettstolen. Frukosten var bra fast det saknades juice
