Great experience at Mövenpick! The rooms are lovely and the amenities are top-notch. I especially loved that the hotel is within a good walking distance of the main streets and lively spots. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great bed and pillows. Breakfast was solid with a lot of options. Staff were great and very helpful, especially Alan who was always eager to help. 7-eleven right next to the hotel which was useful. Pool was awesome. Gym solid. The only negative I could find is that we were put on a smoking floor, however our room was a non smoking room. So be sure to specify at check in to not be placed on a smoking floor if that is important to you. Overall comfortable stay and would book again.

Breakfast was excellent. The only complaint I would have is regarding the tuk tuk shuttles. We were looking forward to taking 1 to an appointment we had made. Unfortunately, at that point, they were not available. They instead had a van, which was fine. The problem was, the Van was not willing to take us to our stop. Luckily, we managed to get him to stop on the side of the road and we walked the rest of the way to our destination, which was not far. The staff was excellent!

Very good hotel for the price. Staff was always professional and forthcoming. The pool is neat, so is the breakfast (although more variety of fresh fruit would be nice). The hotel is located close to Asok but it is calm outside, good balance. Would definitely come back!

My overall experience was decent. The staff and the staff and people were extremely sweet. But you really need to Improve in cleanliness. Although the property is pretty old but I feel the cleanliness needs to be maintained. The sheets had stains and the washroom had mold. Apart from this the entire experience was great.
